2. Application of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the Hod Paris website operated by HOD. Placing an order on this website implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
HOD reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the customer places the order.
3. Products and Availability
The products offered for sale are those described and available on the website at the time of the order. HOD makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and availability are accurate, but cannot be held responsible for minor errors or stock shortages.
Product photographs are not contractually binding.
4. Prices and Payment
Product prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs, which are shown during the ordering process.
HOD reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Full payment is due when the order is placed. Products remain the property of HOD until the price has been paid in full.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are shown when the order is confirmed. HOD makes every effort to meet these times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the weight of the products, and are specified at the time of ordering.

HOD delivers to:

- Belgium
- Spain
- Portugal
- Germany
- United States
- United Kingdom
Any order outside these zones may be refused.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact) and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return costs, unless the product is defective or HOD has made an error when preparing the order.
- To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer service at serviceclient@hodparis.com
Refund
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as for the order.
7. Warranties and Liability
All products sold on the HOD website benefit from the statutory warranties, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Limitation of Liability
HOD cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of profit or any other loss related to the use of the website or the delivery of products.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of HOD. Any total or partial reproduction of the website or its elements is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those designated by the French Code of Civil Procedure.
