Shipping method: we ship all our orders via Chronopost, for fast, reliable and tracked delivery.
Delivery times: in mainland France, your order is usually shipped within 4 to 5 working days of your purchase being confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Shipping costs: delivery is free for all orders over €200 in France. Below this amount, costs vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel. The exact amount will be shown when you check out.
RETURNS
How to return an item from France: if you would like to return an item from mainland France, simply email us at hello@hodparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you a prepaid return label to send your parcel back. The first return of each order is free from mainland France.
How to return an item from outside France: for international orders, return costs are at your expense. Please send the item back to the following address: Hod Paris 34 rue Dussoubs 75002 Paris France
Return conditions: all items, including free gifts, must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds: once your return has been received and checked, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. If the free accessory or accessories are not returned together with your full order, we reserve the right to charge you for them.
